What is the weather like today where you live?
Beautiful early autumn. The leaves are still dark green, the sky is still bright, but there's a chill in the air - the good kind. It makes me want to take long walks and eat everything in site, LOL.

On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being highest, how career-minded are you?
Right now, I'd say 8. I hate my job and IT sometimes. But it's a necessary evil, how do you think you can use the internet at work? It's jobs like mine that make sure you can watch YouTube while you try to stay awake at work or school, heehee.
Salad
What type of window coverings do you have in your home? Blinds, curtains, shutters, etc.?
Very ugly reddish purple air force-issued curtains that are too long for the bay window in the living room. But we're content...at least the neighbors can't spy on us like I do to them!

Name something that instantly cheers you up.
E-mails from family members. Calls from old friends. NEW MAKEUP (how vain!).
Dessert
How many times do you hit the snooze button on a typical morning?
Only once, if at all. I'm on a real time budget in the mornings, I HAVE to be on the train by 7:16 a.m. or I'll be late to work!
EXTRA EXTRA!
This weekend I plan on...
- Cleaning the living room and attic. I need more storage space, so I'm going to be a man and create more space, dammnit!
- Separate the clothes I'm going to keep and give away/sell.
- Post a FOTD/EOTD. I have a lot of new makeup from Smashbox, Estee Lauder and MAC :)
- Make the Korean seaweed soup (miyuk gook) that Alyssa did a post on HERE.
- Call my mother.

Friday's Feast Number ONE!
Although it's not Friday yet, I've decided to jump on the bandwagon (wha? What wagon you ask?) and fill out these cute little surveys that some mastermind concocts HERE ==>

I've been feeling a little apathetic towards my blog lately...well for the past few months. Anyway, I will start posting more FOTD's although they'll consist of much simpler content....I mean, who reads the how-to's I feverishly come up with anyway.
Drumroll please....my very first entry of Friday's Feast!

When was the last time you had your hair cut/trimmed?
Last Saturday. I've been obsessed with my hair for the past three months. I went from ass-crack-grazing locks to below-the-shoulders straight bob to angled bob to my current shorter 'do. Still shorter in the back. Will post pic soon.

Name one thing you miss about being a child.
My mother's food. She is the best cook EVER!
Salad
Pick one: butter, margarine, olive oil.
I love love love margarine. Butter tastes better but it takes too long to return to room temperature after sitting in the fridge, and it's pricey. I cook a lot of food with a little bit of margarine.
Main Course
If you could learn another language, which one would you pick, and why?
I'd master Japanese first, obviously. It is such an old language with so many dialects. I love it.
Dessert
Finish this sentence: In 5 years I expect to be…
Finishing up my degree and/or working at a magazine/some sort of publishing company!
On an finishing note...rocking short hair requires CONFIDENCE. Even if you don't love it at first, you need to walk with your head up real high...I mean, all your features are on display...no hair to hide behind!
